Should I make lamb tacos?

Zest and juice of 1 lemon
8 garlic cloves, peeled
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons dry oregano
generous amounts of freshly ground black pepper and salt
Sauce:
2 cups Greek yogurt
1/2 of a diced English (seedless) cucumber
zest and juice of 1 lemon
½ of a sweet onion, peeled and diced
2 tablespoons minced fresh dill weed
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced or pressed
Fixings:
baby spinach
chopped kalamata or garlic stuffed kalamata olives
finely diced multi-colored bell peppers
crumbled feta cheese

But that being said, I'll be in the Barea for BABScon. Easter Weekend, in fact, which I understand is a traditional time for serving lamb.
