I think it's personal preference, to be honest.

I just did a quick google: grandad is more popular, but granddad is the one with a dictionary link....

Wrong - should it be two L's?

Anyhow, click on the picture to bring up the larger one, then scroll down
a screenful and click on the "please remove this picture" checkbox. That way I know I'm deleting the one you want zapped.

Thank hou for the info. In future, it helps if you send them in by clicking on the thumbnail to bring up the larger view, then scrolling down a screen or so to the fill-in form.

Re Jim and John, they gave me as much of their names as they wanted to have listed online, so I try to honor their wishes; if you learn that they've changed their points of view, please let me know (or have them contact me).

I didn't know there was that link, and tbh without a faster link+PC, I'd not want to spend too much time pulling up larger images.

w.r.t. Jim & John, best that I delete the original comment then if they didn't want to have those names published.

And from the beginning of this thread, I was surprised to see a picture of a fishlifter identified as such, especially since a similar picture is shown later with the "real" name. But I guess that it's ok because it would be moderately difficult for someone searching on their real name on the web to find that picture and then link it back to their LJ name and thus make their fannish activities known to work colleagues.

Thanks for posting the pictures, they are very good ... and thanks for the paw print!

Hmmm, perhaps I should have an option to just bring up the form without the larger image?

I do have a boilerplate line that says Click on thumbnails to see larger images or to submit comments. Not sure how I could make it clearer...
