Bakin' for Baycon

hazelchazNext con on my radar is BayCon. I'm thinking of baking for the party(parties?) I'm hosting there. Pondering chocolate chip, molasses, ginger snaps, snickerdoodles, peanut butter, and oatmeal cookies; lemon tarts and pecan pies; and maybe some chocolate truffles. Cap that off with some veggies & onion dip, and the ever popular macaroni & cheese and some beverages, and we've got ourselves a party... I've got some of the Trader Joe's gluten-free flour mix, any requests to make one or two of these GF?
I've got 6 kinds of cookies planned. I was thinking of putting them on 12 platters, then putting out three kinds at the beginning of the party. As a platter gets used up, I'd replace it with a different flavor.
