Cookie party at the Crosbys and Maria's Birthday Dinner (19-Dec-2004) pictures have been 75% restored. We're still missing eight photos from the first hour of the cookie-decorating party, but we've got all of the pictures restored from when we went out to dinner afterward and showered Maria with presents including a few purses and a tool bag. Christmas 2004 (in three or four acts) photos have been restored. Click on the picture of library_lynn with her daughter and sister to see them.

By "in three or four acts" I mean that Christmas last year for library_lynn and I started at our house, moved onto our Baden-family get-together; we visited collency and Shawn, and on the 30th we went to a Knight-family get-together. Maria's experience was a little longer, because her Christmas started the day before with her father's side of the family, but still it was all completed in a week's time. We'll have to see if we can match that this year!

The Knights -- Lori and Bill Knight, my sister- and brother-in-law, i.e. Lynn's sister and family. Lori and Lynn's mom (Maria's grandmother) joined us, and Bill's kids (Maria's cousins) were there. I was delighted to be a part of the blended multi-generational family gathering, even if they do live clear out in Palmdale... Not really Palmdale proper, but the back of beyond even for Palmdale. Way out in the boonies. Nice house, too.

Lately I've been trying to get the photos uploaded and online as quickly as possible, and getting around to typing in my captions when I can. But here's that Lux rehearsal page I uploaded almost exactly a year ago, full of people I know by sight -- no need to refer to my little notebooks at all -- and I didn't get the captioning done. Clearly I need to reevaluate how I'm doing until just now. And here I thought I was doing so well for getting my recent photos online so quickly, like these two batches of recent photos...
